CHS football dinner setfor Nugget parking lot

The Carson High Football Boosters Club is holding its annual Kickoff and Hall of Fame dinner Saturday at 6:30 p.m. at the Carson Nugget parking lot.

This is the organization’s biggest fundraiser of the year, and the community is encouraged to attend. Funds raised from this event go directly to the football program for equipment, travel expenses, uniforms and scholarships.

The cost is $25 per person. There will be music, a silent auctio and raffle. The Hall of Fame inductees will be announced along with the winner of the Milan Tresnit Award.

“The program relies heavily on our efforts to provide the equipment needed to maintain the level of play and safety that the players deserve,” said Bret Andreas, the booster club president. “This gives the public an opportunity to interact with our players and see what a fantastic group of young people they are.”
