Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Lasagna, Italian vegetables, breadsticks and spiced apple sauce.

TUESDAY: Turkey and gravy, stuffing, peas and carrots, honey dew and tapioca pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Chile relleno, Spanish rice, corn, grapes and churro.

THURSDAY: Thai Pork over noodles, peas, cantaloupe and poke cake.

FRIDAY: Cobb salad with chicken, bacon and avocado, pineapple and apple crisp.


Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce, spinach salad, garlic bread and pears with Jell-O.

TUESDAY: Pork tenderloin, stuffing with gravy, glazed carrots, roll with margarine and apple sauce.

WEDNESDAY: Tuna noodle casserole, vegetable medley, sliced tomatoes, Italian dressing, cracked wheat bread, apple butter and oatmeal date bar.

THURSDAY: Baked chicken tenders, french baked potatoes, beets in orange sauce, carrot raisin salad, bread with apple butter and ambrosia.

FRIDAY: French toast with margarine and syrup, eggs, bananas, V8 and orange juice.


Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Taco salad with lettuce, tomato and cheese, salsa and sour cream, Spanish rice and apple crisp.

TUESDAY: BBQ at 4-H camp in Lake Tahoe. Pulled pork sandwich, bake beans, coleslaw, salad bar and cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken curry on rice, colorful salad, roll and pineapple chunks.

THURSDAY: Beef broccoli over white rice, marinated mushroom salad, bread, tapioca pudding and fortune cookie.

FRIDAY: Tomato soup, lemon bakes fish, corn pudding, peas and carrots, bread with jam, crisp ginger cookies and spiced apple sauce.


Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: BBQ beef sandwich, corn on the cob, steamed spinach, creamy coleslaw, and tapioca pudding.

TUESDAY: Pork strips, potato wedges, spinach, biscuits and apple sauce cake.

WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce, cauliflower, veggie salad, dressing, garlic bread and oranges.

THURSDAY: Hot turkey sandwich, peas and carrots, tomatoes vinaigrette, oatmeal raisin cookies, and fresh orange sections.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Scrambled eggs, bacon, O’Brien potatoes, honeydew, toast with margarine, V8 and orange juice.


Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Shepherds pie, spinach, muffins, bananas and salad.

TUESDAY: Grilled ham and cheese sandwich, fries and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Hungarian goulash, pasta, peas and carrots and bread.

THURSDAY: Chicken sausage, potato salad, chips and fruit.

FRIDAY: Breakfast 10 to 11 a.m. cinnamon rolls, eggs, sausage and fruit.


Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Chicken alfredo, egg noodles, vegetable salad and apple crisp.

TUESDAY: Beef tacos, refried beans, Spanish rice and rice pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Sweet and sour pork rice, vegetables, egg roll, fortune cookie and Jell-O cake.

THURSDAY: Stuffed bell peppers, noodles, green salad, garlic bread and ice cream.

FRIDAY: Breakfast 8:30 a.m.
