Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Labor Day.

TUESDAY: Greek salad with salami, feta cheese and olives, pita bread, pineapple and cookies.

WEDNESDAY: French bread pizza, pea salad, pears and chocolate pudding.

THURSDAY: Stuffed cabbage rolls over linguine, Brussels sprouts and peaches.

FRIDAY: Ham with honey apricot glaze, French bread, mixed vegetables, applesauce, cake and ice cream.


Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Labor Day.

TUESDAY: Beef stir fry, steamed white rice, beet salad, whole wheat bread, Mandarin oranges and milk.

WEDNESDAY: Ham and Swiss cheese on whole wheat bread, carrots and peas, Tater Tots and Mandarin oranges.

THURSDAY: Macaroni and cheese, steamed spinach, French baked potatoes, whole wheat bread, low-sodium margarine, strawberry banana yogurt pops and orange juice.

FRIDAY: French toast with syrup, bacon, eggs, peaches, V8 and orange juice.


Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Labor Day.

TUESDAY: Baked liver and onions, fiesta corn, tomatoes vinaigrette, mashed potatoes, whole wheat bread, apple butter and sliced peaches.

WEDNESDAY: Catfish, parsley buttered potatoes, steamed green beans, creamy coleslaw and apricot crisp.

THURSDAY: Stuffed peppers, spinach spaghetti, mixed greens, Italian dressing, garlic bread and nectarines.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: French toast with margarine and syrup, bacon, eggs, bananas, V8 and orange juice.


Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Labor Day.

TUESDAY: Pork chops, baked potatoes, Brussels sprouts and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Onion soup and pastrami sandwiches.

THURSDAY: Barbecue beef sandwiches, corn on the cob and coleslaw.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Sausage gravy, biscuits and fruit.
